Disbursement Voucher Preparation Module

A module of the Cash Disbursement Operations System (CDOS), which can be used by employees for the online submission of disbursement claims and supporting documents (SDs) for the payment of salaries, allowances, and other benefits by COA employees. This will facilitate the preparation of Disbursement Vouchers (DVs) and Obligation Requests for the payment of claims/obligations to suppliers, providers, contractors, and other payees by designated Administrative Officer (AO)/authorized personnel of the different COA Offices.
