6. Are the data of the separated employees still recorded and kept in HRIS?

Yes. Data of the separated employees from January 2018 onwards are stored in HRIS. However, employees separated prior to January 2018 are not kept in the HRIS but are recorded in the PMIS.

HRIS deployed in the COA Regional Offices also do not keep data of the separated employees. However, HRMO-HRDMS can retrieve and certify for the needs of the separated employees in the COA Regional Offices.
