2. How to have an ALeMS account?

An Office Order must be issued to the Attendance-in-Charge personnel of the Sector/ Office/ Cluster/ Units, assigning them as the office Attendance-in-Charge. The Office Order and the User Confidentiality clause shall be submitted to the HRMO.
