What is the required specifications for the hardware (e.g. computer, scanner, etc).? Another thing, each audit team will be needing these equipment to be able to capture the needed data. So, is there a budget appropriated for the procurement of these equipment? In other words, will the Commission provide each audit team - by auditees the necessary equipment as not all auditees can provide the same?

"As per COA Memo 2020-013 , at the last paragraph of the memo states that:

- The implementation of ARCIS requires heavy duty scanner and computer, thus Supervising Auditors / Team Leaders shall request to their auditees the required hardware requirement to be able to use the system.

Regarding the budget for IT equipment, the RMBO has allotted a budget to all Regions for their IT needs."
