Is there a limit on the storage capacity of the database? We are concerned that with the voluminous documents of the agencies, there might be a failure on the uploading/viewing/ downloading of scanned documents.

The maximum file size limit per document is 100MB, but you can upload multiple documents. If you can remember, GMail account attachment limit is only up to 25mb. Moreover, we have an incoming cloud storage that could hold increased number of documents without compromising the operation of the system
