What if the published AARs were found to have errors? Can we change/delete or replace the already published AARs in the COA Website?

Change/deletion of AARs once published in the COA Website is not allowed. However, in cases of correction, minor revisions and/or replacement of the already published AARs, the Director concerned shall submit a written request to ITO to effect the revision/replacement by submitting the corrected page(s)/file(s) in a form of erratum/errata bearing the original date of the AAR published in the website.
