I cannot send and receive emails because my mailbox is full. What should I do?

Solution #1: Perform a Mailbox Cleanup. Open MS Outlook and got to File à Info à Cleanup Tools à Mailbox Cleanup. Select the desired options to manage your mailbox. We recommend email archiving for at least 6 months.
