Solution: The username and password in Outlook is the same username and password that you use in your official workstation. In case of forgotten username, login to COA Intranet and navigate to COA Online Directory then select Outlook Email (see image below)

Directory is subdivided in different sections namely: Commission Proper and Assistant Commissioners, Central Office Directors, Regional Office Directors and Regular Staff. Select the appropriate section to locate your username. Search assistant is also available at the top right of the table. Just type-in either your first name or last name, then click Go to proceed with the search.
