Solution #1: Try to restart the computer
Solution #2: For LAN cable user, check if the cable is properly inserted to the LAN port of your computer. LED light of the LAN port should be blinking (usually green light)
For WIFI user, check your Wi-Fi connection. You should be connected to Wi-Fi networkCOA Exclusive or COAHOTSPOT. Make sure your laptop is not in airplane mode
Solution #3: Use other internet browser application. For example, if the browser in use is Google Chrome try to use Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox
