Why I am not able to print?

Solution #1: Check if the power LED light of the printer is on. If not, make sure that the power cable is properly plugged to the electrical outlet and printer then press the power button. When the LED light is still off, try to replace the power cable

Solution #2: Check if the USB printer cable is properly connected to the printer and computer

For Wifi user’s make sure that you are connected to COA Exclusive

Solution #3: Restart the printer.

You may cancel all the active printing work and restart the printer.

Solution #4: Check if your printer is set as default printer

To check: For computers with Windows 10 and Windows 8 Operating System (OS)

  • Select the Start Menu button and type Control Panel. Left click the Control Panel

  • In the Control Panel, look for Hardware and Sound and select View devices and printers

  • If you see your printer icon same as the printer model you are using, then it is already set as your default printer

  • If your printer is not set as default printer, right click the printer icon then select Set as default printer

Solution #5: Make sure to clear out all pending print jobs from the printer queue. To clear all printing jobs:

For Windows 10 and Windows 8 OS

  • Select the Start Menu button and type Control Panel. Left click the Control Panel
  • In the Control Panel, look for Hardware and Sound and select View devices and printers
  • Right click the printer icon then select See what’s printing

  • Click the Printer Menu and select Cancel All Documents
