Solution #1: Check if the power LED light of the printer is on. If not, make sure that the power cable is properly plugged to the electrical outlet and printer then press the power button. When the LED light is still off, try to replace the power cable
Solution #2: Check if the USB printer cable is properly connected to the printer and computer
For Wifi user’s make sure that you are connected to COA Exclusive
Solution #3: Restart the printer.
You may cancel all the active printing work and restart the printer.
Solution #4: Check if your printer is set as default printer
To check: For computers with Windows 10 and Windows 8 Operating System (OS)
Solution #5: Make sure to clear out all pending print jobs from the printer queue. To clear all printing jobs:
