I forgot my password in COA Portal, what shall I do?

  • In the login page click on the “Lost your password?” link
  • Input your email address and the login details will be sent to your inbox
  • If you do not know your account email address, email your concern to [email protected] or call us at (02) 8952-5700 local 4018 or 2118
  • You may also submit a new ticket on our Helpdesk system.
