3. How can I access BPIS? Can I access BPIS outside COA or at home?

Yes. To access the BPIS, open a web browser (preferably, Google Chrome) and type apps.coa.gov.ph and under Admin and HR Related module, click the Budget Preparation Information System (BPIS) enter your default Username is your COA ID and the default Password.
