L. What to do in case an entry was inadvertently encoded in the system? For example, the ND/NC was encoded but it has not yet attained finality. Could this encoded ND/NC just be deleted?

  • The auditor or authorized personnel who inadvertently encoded the data must fill-out a SICF Form, which can be downloaded at the COA Intranet through the COA Website: www.coa.gov.ph.
  • Once logged-in in the COA Intranet, look for the STSS [Systems and Technical Services Sector] panel and click Information Technology Office (ITO). In the ITO page, click the Downloadables menu and find in the list of forms the SICF.
  • After filling-out the form, you may send it in the following emails:

Moreover, to preserve the data, the auditors or authorized personnel only have the authority to edit but not to delete the same in the system.
