J. In case of reshuffling of auditors, what will happen to the data encoded into the system by the outgoing auditor?

In case of reshuffling, the COEMIS database will remain with the audit team assigned in the audited agency, and will be included in the turnover from the outgoing Auditor to the incoming Auditor. Once reshuffled, the outgoing Auditor loses access to the COEMIS database of the former audited agency, thus, could no longer edit or update the database therein.
