E. Who can access the COEMIS?
- Only COA Auditors and authorized personnel can access the COEMIS based on their place of assignment under the approved office order.
- They can view or make query on the NSs, NDs, NCs, Director’s Decisions, COA Decisions, SC Decisions and Entries of Judgment, NFDs, COEs, and NSSDCs pertaining to their auditees.
