5. What if my user access level is changed (ex. from Encoder to Reviewer or Reviewer to Approving Officer)?

Submit a fully accomplished Information System Access Request and User Certification (ISARUC) form to update your user access level. ISARUC form can be downloaded at ITO Downloadables at the COA Intranet.
