1. Why is the Reviewer and/or Approving officer’s name blank when generating ROSA (Report on Salaries and Allowances – By Agency in Detailed Format)?

Every record of officers/officials who have rendered services/received allowance(s) under a specific agency must be reviewed and approved (including officers who have rendered services but did not receive allowance(s).
